General Conditions

  • By accessing our site or purchasing from JuJuBit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products & Customization

  • Most JuJuBit products are personalized and custom-made (bracelets, keycaps, figurines, and shoe charms).
  • You are responsible for making sure all customization details (text, design, size, color, uploaded images) are accurate when placing your order.
  • Once production has started, your order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Refunds: We do not accept refunds once an order has been processed.
  • Exchanges: Accepted only if:
    • The product arrives defective or damaged, or
    • The wrong item is received.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and supported with clear proof (photos or video).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned if requested.
  • Exchanges are not available for change of mind, normal wear, or misuse.

Shipping Information

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over US $99.
  • Standard Shipping (US): US $9.99 flat rate.
  • Standard Shipping (International): Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Express Shipping: Starting at US $29.99, available at checkout (final price depends on carrier & destination).
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

AI-Powered Customization

  • JuJuBit uses AI tools (including Tripo AI) to generate design previews and final product models based on your customization inputs.
  • Do not submit content you do not own or have rights to use (e.g., copyrighted logos or images).
  • AI inputs are used only to fulfill your order and improve our services — we do not sell your design data to third parties.

Medical & Safety Disclaimer

General Use

JuJuBit products may include 3D-printed components made from resin. These products are designed exclusively for decorative and personal lifestyle use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Material Safety

Our resin materials are widely used in 3D printing but are not certified for medical, surgical, or food-contact purposes. Customers should not use JuJuBit products in connection with food, beverages, or medical treatments.

Skin Contact & Allergies

  • Some individuals may experience skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.
  • Possible reactions may include irritation, redness, or discomfort during or after contact with resin surfaces.
  • By purchasing from JuJuBit, you acknowledge that you understand this risk.
  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional if necessary.

Refund & Exchange Limitation

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities do not qualify for a refund or free exchange.
  • By placing an order on our website, you expressly agree to this condition and accept responsibility for ensuring that resin-based products are suitable for your personal use.
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be provided in cases of product defects, damage during shipping, or errors in fulfillment, in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Care & Safety

  • Avoid prolonged direct skin contact if you know you have sensitivities to resin or similar materials.
  • Do not expose resin parts to extreme heat, fire, or direct sunlight, which may cause deformation or damage.
  • Products containing resin may include small parts and should be kept away from children and pets due to potential choking hazards.

Intellectual Property & Design Rights

  • You retain ownership of your unique AI-generated design created for your order.
  • JuJuBit retains ownership of the underlying AI systems, templates, and technology used.
  • By submitting customization inputs, you grant JuJuBit a perpetual, royalty-free license to:
    • Produce your item,
    • Use the design for marketing or showcasing (unless you opt out),
    • Reuse non-personalized elements (like shapes or textures) to improve products.
  • Digital design files are not guaranteed to be provided unless explicitly offered.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept major payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and others listed at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs, or local taxes.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that your product will be free from minor variations in color, material, or finish due to customization.
  • JuJuBit’s liability is limited to the purchase price of your item. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
