At JuJuBit, we work hard to make sure your custom-creation journey is smooth from the moment you order until it arrives at your doorstep. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping policies.

 

  1. Do we ship to your country?

We ship worldwide! If there are any countries we temporarily cannot ship to (due to local courier restrictions or customs regulations), you’ll be notified during checkout.

  1. How much does shipping cost?

  • Free Shipping on orders over US $99 (standard shipping).
  • Standard Shipping (US): US $7.99 flat rate.
  • Standard Shipping (International): Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Express Shipping: Starting at US $29.99, available at checkout (final price depends on carrier & destination).
  • Order Processing & Shipping TimePlease note: Delivery times exclude weekends, local holidays, and any customs or import delays beyond our control.
  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

  1. Wrong Shipping Information

  • If you provided an incorrect shipping address or contact info, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order is in processing or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
  • JuJuBit is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  1. Tracking Your Order

  • After your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can monitor your package using the tracking link provided.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to appear after the shipping notification.
  1. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If it has been 60 days since your order shipped or 30 days (for US orders), and you still have not received it, please reach out to us at [support@jujubit.ai]. We will work with you to:
  • Resend a replacement, or
  • Provide another solution (depending on circumstances).
  1. Important Notes

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processes.
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If a product is marked as “express shipping,” this refers only to the shipping method; the production time for custom items still applies.
