Refund & Exchange Policy

At JuJuBit, every piece we create is personalized and custom-made just for you. Because of this, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Scope of Application

These JuJuBit Product Terms ("Terms") apply to all customized 3D-printed products purchased by you through the official JuJuBit website.

  • Customized 3D-printed products refer to JuJuBit products tailored to the customer's personalized requirements, such as design, size, color, material, etc.
  • You acknowledge and agree that customized 3D-printed products involve third-party printing. Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, cancellations or modifications are not accepted.
  • You acknowledge and agree that customized 3D-printed products cannot be resold. Therefore, our return and exchange policy applies only under specific conditions, as detailed below.

Refunds

  • No Refunds on Customized Orders Once your order has been processed and entered production, we are unable to accept cancellations or refunds.
  • This applies to all categories:
    • Crystal / Bead Bracelets
    • Keycaps
    • Figurines
    • Shoe Charms

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges in specific cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for an exchange:
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof is required — clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

We will replace the item with the same design or a corrected version at no additional cost.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Change of mind or preference (e.g., different color, design, or size than what was originally ordered).
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • Claims made after the 7-day period following delivery.

Process for Exchanges

  • Email us at [support@jujubit.ai] with your order number and proof of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and reply within 3 business days.
  • If approved, we’ll provide instructions for return (if required) and arrange your replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage in shipping), we cover the shipping of the replacement.
  • In all other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
