Creative Rights

Customer Input

  • When you submit customization details (such as text, images, design preferences, or other creative inputs) to JuJuBit, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide such inputs and that they do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

AI-Generated Designs

  • As part of our customization services, JuJuBit uses AI-powered tools (including Tripo AI and other systems) to generate design previews and final creative outputs based on your inputs.

Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your unique AI-generated design created for your custom product.
  • JuJuBit retains ownership of its platform, AI tools, templates, and technology.

License Granted to JuJuBit

By using our customization services, you grant JuJuBit a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

  • Use, reproduce, adapt, and modify your AI-generated design as necessary to fulfill your order.
  • Display the design (with or without attribution) in promotional materials, marketing, or community showcases, unless you opt out by contacting us.
  • Extract or reuse non-personalized elements (such as patterns, textures, or abstract shapes) from your design to improve our products and services.

Public Sharing:

  • If you voluntarily share your design publicly, you consent to others being able to copy, adapt, or 3D print it.

Limitations of Ownership

  • You do not acquire rights to JuJuBit’s software, algorithms, or AI systems used to generate the designs.
  • Digital design files generated through our services are not guaranteed to be provided to customers unless explicitly offered as part of a product.

Third-Party Content

If your customization inputs contain content that infringes on intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrighted images, logos, or designs you do not own), JuJuBit reserves the right to reject or modify such requests. You are solely responsible for ensuring your inputs comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
