Thick rope-wrapped torso, rough linen kilt, and bare feet on shattered flagstone. The crouched posture puts the head lower than the outstretched arms — an unusual silhouette that reads instantly as something large and dangerous about to move.

About the Dualcleave Orc Warlord

The Dualcleave Orc Warlord is built wide and low — a crouching stance with both arms extended and two heavy flat-blade cleavers angled outward. Thick rope coils across the torso as armour, and a rack of bone trophies sits across the shoulders; the combination of rough rope texture, pale bone and deep olive skin gives the painter three distinct material zones to work with. The shattered flagstone base has high relief — cracked slabs at different levels — and contributes real height variance to the overall silhouette. A linen loincloth with ragged edges adds motion implied by the forward crouch. At 10cm every rope wrap and bone shard is individually painted; at 4cm the two cleaver heads and the trophy rack still read as distinct shapes.
