JuJuBit Membership has three plans: free Basic, plus paid Pro and Premium. Pro and Premium add higher daily Generate limits, monthly savings on orders, free manual model edits, faster customization, and priority support. Basic stays free.

Stick with Basic if you just want free access. Go with Pro if you create or order regularly and want more daily Generates, monthly savings, and priority support. Choose Premium if you want the highest daily limit and the biggest monthly discounts.

Every plan starts with 10% off custom products (limited-time for Basic). Pro adds a $20 order discount and two 20%-off coupons each month; Premium adds a $50 order discount and four 20%-off coupons. Each 20%-off coupon saves up to $100. You can use one member coupon per order — they can't be combined with other codes or automatic discounts — and unused coupons expire when your monthly benefits refresh.

Go monthly if you want flexibility, or yearly to save. You can get 20% off your first year (one time per account); after that, renewals bill at the standard yearly price.

Yes. Just turn off auto-renewal under Account → Membership → Billing history. You'll keep your benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

We don't offer refunds for the current billing period. Canceling turns off auto-renewal, and you'll keep your benefits until the period ends — then your plan switches back to Basic.

We automatically charge your saved payment method when your plan renews. If a payment fails, we'll retry it.

When you upgrade, we credit the unused value of your current plan and charge the difference. Your new plan starts as soon as payment goes through, and your billing cycle restarts from that date — so your next renewal date changes too. First-year discounts don't apply to upgrades.

Your coupons and order discounts refresh every month, even on yearly plans. Your daily Generate limit resets each day, based on the store's time zone.

You can switch from monthly to yearly or upgrade to a higher plan. We don't currently support downgrades or switching from yearly back to monthly.

Try again or update your payment method. You'll keep your current benefits through the period you already paid for, but you won't get new benefits while payment is overdue. If it keeps failing, your plan returns to Basic once the paid period ends.
