Every JuJuBit creation begins with something meaningful—a person, a pet, a character, or a memory someone wants to bring into the real world.

As more people began creating with us, demand grew faster than we expected. That growth was exciting, but it also placed pressure on a production process originally built for a much smaller number of orders.

Some customers waited longer than they should have. We know that behind every delayed order is someone waiting for a personal creation, and we take that responsibility seriously.

That is why we are not treating this as a temporary problem to patch. We are rebuilding the foundation behind how JuJuBit creates and delivers every order.

Growing Beyond a Handmade Workflow

Custom figurines are not standard products taken from a warehouse shelf.

Each order moves through several connected stages: model preparation, refinement, production, quality inspection, packing, and shipping. As order volume grew, relying heavily on manual coordination made it more difficult for every stage to move at the same pace.

Adding more people alone would not solve that challenge.

To build a more reliable experience, we need stronger teams, better production environments, and connected systems working together.

Our capacity transformation is therefore focused on three areas: People, Facilities, and Systems.

People: Building More Specialized Teams

Technology supports our work, but experienced people remain essential to every custom creation.

We are expanding our model refinement, production, quality-control, and fulfillment teams while developing clearer training and operating standards. We are also introducing more specialized partners to support demand when order volume rises.

The goal is not simply to process more orders. It is to give each stage of production the right expertise, support, and accountability.

At the same time, we are improving the tools used by our teams so that repetitive tasks require less manual effort. This allows people to spend more time on the details that require judgment, care, and craftsmanship.

Facilities: Creating More Room to Make and Deliver

We are expanding and reorganizing the physical spaces behind our production and fulfillment process.

This includes increasing production capacity, improving workstations, creating clearer storage and inventory zones, and strengthening the connection between production, inspection, packing, and shipping.

A better facility is not only about adding more equipment. It is about creating a smoother flow from one step to the next.

When materials, models, and finished creations can move through an organized process, our teams can work more efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.

Systems: Connecting Every Step

A growing supply chain cannot depend on scattered updates and manual tracking.

We are building a more connected operating system that links orders with model preparation, production, quality inspection, inventory, and shipping. This gives our teams better visibility into where each creation is and what needs attention next.

We are also introducing more automation into order assignment, production planning, and warehouse management.

These improvements help reduce avoidable waiting, prevent information from being lost between stages, and allow potential issues to be identified earlier.

The result we are working toward is simple: a more predictable journey for every creation, from the moment an order is placed to the moment it leaves our hands.

Quality Will Not Be Traded for Speed

Increasing capacity matters, but not at the expense of the creation itself.

We will not lower our model-refinement or quality-control standards simply to move orders faster. Producing more only matters if the finished creations continue to reflect the care and personality customers expect from JuJuBit.

This principle guides every part of our transformation.

We are strengthening inspection processes, improving production standards, and reducing the need for rework by identifying potential issues earlier in the workflow.

We would rather build a stronger process than create a faster one that customers cannot trust.

Becoming More Transparent Along the Way

Transformation takes time, and we know that operational improvements do not erase the frustration of waiting.

While this work continues, we are also improving how we communicate about order progress and delivery expectations. When delays happen, customers deserve clear and honest information—not unrealistic promises.
