It has held this cornice for four hundred years. It can wait out your party.
A stone gargoyle crouched four-square on a cathedral cornice, wings folded high and tight against its back. Pale limestone grey-cream with weathered moss patches and darker slate wing plates. Built for the encounter every urban campaign eventually runs — and the catalogue has no gargoyle at all.
About the Cragspire Stone Gargoyle
Sculpted crouched four-square on its cornice, this gargoyle sits entirely inside its own footprint with the wings folded flat to the back — no thin membranes to warp or snap. It is the lightest model in the set overall: pale limestone carries the whole body, with moss patches breaking it up so the sculpt does not read as a blank grey mass. The chiselled facets and chipped edges are cut deep enough to catch a dark wash, which is what makes weathered stone look like stone rather than grey plastic.
