When I decided to have this done to my photograph, I had no idea what to expect. I was skeptical. I ordered the smallest one because they are a little pricey. It took a couple weeks before it arrived. When I opened the box I was very pleasantly surprised. The quality is absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t have made it better. I only wish I would’ve paid a little extra for a little larger. But this is absolutely cool, and yes, I will be ordering again. Especially if some sort of discount becomes available.

Common Complaints & How We Handle Them
Color and finish
Every JuJuBit figure is printed in full color, with the color formed during printing rather than painted on afterwards. Because of this, the finish can look slightly different from your on-screen preview, and screen brightness and lighting also change how colors appear. Slight color variation is a known property of the photopolymer resin we print with, not a defect. Metallic finishes are the one thing this process cannot reproduce, so gold, bronze, or silver details come out as non-metallic colors.
To keep colors bright, keep your figure away from heat and direct sunlight; Strong UV fades colors over time.
Size and fine details
Size is measured by the longest visible point of the whole model — including any weapon, wings, accessories, and base — not just the character. A raised weapon, wide pose, or tall base can make the character itself look smaller than the size you picked.
Most modern brands and system use 25mm/28mm ‘heroic scale’ figures. Standard sizes we offer are 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 cm. For tabletop games, 4 cm is the smallest grid-scale option and 6 cm is our recommended size, because the smallest sizes lose fine detail such as faces.
