Welcome to JuJuBit. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. General Conditions By accessing our site or purchasing from JuJuBit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our site. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Products & Customization Most JuJuBit products are personalized and custom-made (bracelets, keycaps, figurines, and shoe charms). You are responsible for making sure all customization details (text, design, size, color, uploaded images) are accurate when placing your order. For customized products that require a photograph of an individual, you are responsible for ensuring that the photograph is accurate and that you have all rights and consents required to use the photograph and the depicted likeness, authorize JuJuBit to process it, and request the related model or product. Once production has started, your order cannot be canceled or refunded. Refund & Exchange Policy Refunds: Custom orders may only be canceled if both of the following conditions are met:  The cancellation request is submitted within 4 hours of placing the order . The order has not yet entered the 3D model refinement, printing, or any other production stage. If both conditions are met, the order may be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method . Exchanges: Accepted only if: The product arrives defective or damaged, or the wrong item is received. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and supported with clear proof (photos or video). Items must be in original condition, and returned if requested. Exchanges are not available for change of mind, normal wear, or misuse. Shipping Information Free Standard Shipping on orders over US $99 . Standard Shipping (US): US $9.99 flat rate. Standard Shipping (International): USD $12.99 flat rate. Express Shipping: Starting at US $29.99 , available at checkout (final price depends on carrier & destination). We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers. AI-Powered Customization JuJuBit uses AI tools, including Tripo AI and other systems, to generate design previews and product models based on your customization inputs. Do not submit content that you do not own or for which you have not obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and authorizations, such as copyrighted images, third-party trademarks, or logos. For the complete rules governing User Content, third-party rights, and AI-generated outputs, please see the Creative Rights . JuJuBit uses AI, 3D modeling, and other tools to generate design previews, 3D models, and customized products from your customization inputs, including photographs you upload. Do not submit a photograph or other depiction of an individual that you do not have the right to use or authorize JuJuBit to process. You must obtain the necessary consent or authorization before uploading another person's photograph. See Creative Rights for the complete rules regarding photographs, User Content, third-party rights, and generated results. AI inputs will be used to fulfill orders and improve the services. We do not sell your design data to third parties; however, to the extent necessary to provide the services, relevant data may be processed on JuJuBit's behalf by service providers in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Medical & Safety Disclaimer General Use JuJuBit products may include 3D-printed components made from resin. These products are designed exclusively for decorative and personal lifestyle use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Material Safety Our resin materials are widely used in 3D printing but are not certified for medical, surgical, or food-contact purposes. Customers should not use JuJuBit products in connection with food, beverages, or medical treatments. Skin Contact & Allergies Some individuals may experience skin sensitivities or allergic reactions. Possible reactions may include irritation, redness, or discomfort during or after contact with resin surfaces. By purchasing from JuJuBit, you acknowledge that you understand this risk. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional if necessary. Refund & Exchange Limitation Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities do not qualify for a refund or free exchange. By placing an order on our website, you expressly agree to this condition and accept responsibility for ensuring that resin-based products are suitable for your personal use. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided in cases of product defects, damage during shipping, or errors in fulfillment, in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy. Care & Safety Avoid prolonged direct skin contact if you know you have sensitivities to resin or similar materials. Do not expose resin parts to extreme heat, fire, or direct sunlight, which may cause deformation or damage. Products containing resin may include small parts and should be kept away from children and pets due to potential choking hazards. Intellectual Property & Design Rights The complete rules governing User Content, AI-generated designs and models, JuJuBit platform assets, digital design files, licenses granted by users to JuJuBit, and restrictions on the commercial use of Generated Results are set forth in the Creative Rights , which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. You retain the rights that you lawfully hold in your User Content, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights. You may not use any Generated Result in a manner that infringes or otherwise violates a third party's intellectual property or other rights. In addition, without JuJuBit's prior written approval, you may not commercially exploit any Generated Result outside the JuJuBit platform or any channel designated or approved by JuJuBit. Your rights in User Content and AI-generated designs, 3D models, and other outputs, including any applicable third-party rights and restrictions, are governed by Creative Rights . Pricing & Payment All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and others listed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs, or local taxes. Paid Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal Subscription Services. Customers may purchase a paid subscription on a monthly or annual basis and enjoy the discounts or other benefits specified on the purchase page during the applicable subscription term. The specific price, billing cycle, and subscription benefits shall be as displayed on the purchase page. Automatic Renewal. If a customer selects a monthly paid subscription, the subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods unless the customer cancels automatic renewal before the end of the current subscription period. Our payment service provider will charge the subscription fee for the next billing period, together with any applicable taxes, to the payment method designated by the customer. Upon completion of payment, the customer will be deemed to have authorized subsequent recurring charges. Cancellation. Customers may cancel automatic renewal at any time by going to Account – Membership – Billing History – Cancel Plan . The customer may continue to enjoy the subscription benefits until the end of the current paid subscription period, after which the subscription will not renew. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disabling automatic renewal will not affect charges that have already been processed, and fees paid for the current subscription period are generally non-refundable and will not be refunded on a pro rata basis . Price Adjustments. If the subscription price or any material subscription terms are adjusted, we will notify customers before the adjustment takes effect. Any adjustment will apply only to future subscription periods, and customers may cancel their subscription before the new price or terms take effect. Limitation of Liability Our products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that your product will be free from minor variations in color, material, or finish due to customization. JuJuBit's liability is limited to the purchase price of your item. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
